How can we place an order?
The most efficient way is on fageverld.com.You can also buy our products on the Amazon store.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. In most cases, we will ship within 24-48 hours.
Did you receive a damaged product?
If the goods are damaged or missing products, the customer must notify FAGEVERLD within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. Failure to notify FAGEVERLD within seven (7) days of the date of delivery of all damaged or missing products may result in a claim being denied. If there is a problem with an item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
How do I return a product?
Please contact customer service to obtain return authorization to accept the item. Any unauthorized returns will be delayed and may not be eligible for a refund. Customer Service can be contacted at

Please note: Your original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. In the event of a FAGEVERLD error, FAGEVERLD will pay the return shipping costs.
How do I get a refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
